About Flappy Bird
Flappy Bird is a mobile game that took the world by storm in 2013. Created by Vietnamese developer Dong Nguyen, the game became an overnight global phenomenon, known for its simple yet incredibly challenging gameplay. Despite (or perhaps because of) its difficulty, the game achieved massive popularity before being removed from app stores in 2014.
The game features a small bird that the player must guide through a series of pipes without touching them. The bird automatically descends and briefly ascends when the player taps the screen or presses the spacebar. The game's difficulty comes from the precise timing required to navigate through the narrow gaps between pipes.
Game Features:
- Simple one-touch gameplay mechanics
- Endless side-scrolling challenge
- Classic 8-bit style graphics
- Addictive score-based gameplay
- Instant restart after game over
